Your Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will take up to 60 minutes. I’ll take you through a comprehensive assessment of your health history, health concerns, goals, current diet and lifestyle.
After your appointment, I’ll create a detailed, individualised health plan that will be emailed to you within 7 days. You will receive access to practitioner-only supplementation and herbal medicines carefully selected for your unique needs, and may be referred for testing if needed. All recommendations will be outlined in your health plan.
Before Your Appointment
Complete the intake form in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Send any recent blood test results or relevant medical notes (from the last 6 months) to gemma@sundaynaturopathy.co.nz.
Health Insurance
Some insurers (e.g. Southern Cross) provide cover for consultations with a registered naturopath. Please let me know during your appointment if you require any documentation to process your claim.
